Cel Shading Tutorial

eh..... kinda I tried to do cel shading,
but nothing I color turns outs totally cel shaded,
anyway this is just my approach to it. AND
Okay tutorials are harder than I thought, besides
who wants to learn from me ;_;! Lol But I tried
I'll try to do more and simpler ones too XD I
understand this one is a little tough to follow.
